Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

As our platform provides digital educational content (including videos, downloadable code, and assets), we maintain a specific refund policy to prevent the unauthorized distribution of our intellectual property. By purchasing a course, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Eligibility for Refund

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee under the following strict conditions:

  • Content Consumption: The refund request must be made within 7 days of the original purchase date, and the user must have consumed (viewed or downloaded) less than 10% of the total course content.

  • Account Standing: The account must be in good standing and not flagged for any violations of our Terms and Conditions (e.g., account sharing or unauthorized recording).

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • The refund request is made after the 7-day window.

  • More than 10% of the course content has been accessed or downloaded.

  • The purchase was made during a limited-time promotional sale or using a "Flash Sale" discount code.

  • The user’s account has been terminated due to a breach of our Intellectual Property or Community Guidelines.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to our official support address with the subject line: "Refund Request - [Order ID]".

  2. Provide a brief reason for the request to help us improve our services.

  3. Our team will verify the "Content Consumption" metrics within 48 hours.

5. Transaction Fees

Please note that in accordance with the policies of our payment aggregators (e.g., Razorpay, Cashfree), the transaction processing fees (typically 2–3%) are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total refund amount.

6. Credit Timeline

Once approved, the refund will be initiated immediately. The amount usually takes 5–7 working days to reflect in your original payment method (Bank Account, UPI, or Credit Card), depending on your bank's processing time.

7. Course Cancellations

The Platform Operator reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a live session or retire a course. In the event of a permanent course retirement where the user has had access for less than 3 months, a partial pro-rata refund or a credit for a different course may be offered at our discretion.
